Important notes

on campus, we ask that only those who have a
clear understanding of this event and can
follow the rules be allowed to participate.

  • This event will not consist of any entrance exam orientations, individual consultation booths, or mock lectures that are usually held at open campus events.
    (*Those programs can be viewed at the SFC Online Open Campus on Tuesday, August 24.)
  • Please take your temperature before coming on to campus, wear a mask, disinfect your hands, and avoid the three “Cs” (closed spaces/crowded places/close-contact settings).
  • If you are feeling unwell, such as a fever or cold-like symptoms, please do not come on campus.
  • Please take your temperature and disinfect your hands at the reception desk. Persons found to have a fever will not be allowed to participate in the Open Week event.
  • We will confirm your application at the reception desk in front of the main building. Those who have not applied will not be able to participate in the event.
  • Please come in groups of up to three people. If more than the confirmed number of people arrive on the day, they will not be able to enter the campus. We kindly ask for your understanding.
  • Please use public transportation on the day to come to the venue (parking is not available). We ask that you check the bus schedule in advance. Also, please refrain from talking on the public transportations on your way to the campus. For those who will be using wheelchairs, please contact us in advance.
  • Some classrooms will be set up on campus for participants to take breaks, though we ask that participants use on-campus restaurants for meals and eat in silence, as well as wearing a mask after eating and drinking.
  • Please refrain from entering the 2nd floor or above of each building (except the Omega building), areas that are for authorized personnel only, as well as the adjacent Faculty of Nursing and Medical Care, Keio Shonan Fujisawa Junior and Senior High School, and student dormitories.
  • Please note that the event may be canceled suddenly due to the spread of COVID-19, bad weather, or other extenuating circumstances. Please be sure to check your inbox the day before the event to make sure that you have not received an e-mail stating that the event has been canceled.
  • The application form uses Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. services, however you do not need to create an account with Recruit to apply. In addition, a confirmation e-mail will be sent by the company, but the source of the e-mail will be from the SFC Hybrid Online Open Campus secretariat office, which will manage your personal information in accordance with the “Handling of Personal Information”.
RESERVATIONS CLOSED The reservation system will be closed by 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 13.

Campus Walk

Keio University Shonan Fujisawa Campus (SFC) is a futuristic campus where cutting-edge technology and nature co-exist. During the Open Week event, the campus will be open to those who are interested in the Faculty of Policy Management and Faculty of Environment and Information Studies. Please feel free to come and take a stroll around SFC, which boasts a site area of 100,000 square meters, beautiful nature, and a full range of facilities.

Degital Stamp Rally

A digital stamp rally will be held for participants to enjoy touring the highlights of the Shonan Fujisawa Campus (SFC). Those who collect all the stamps will be rewarded with a wonderful download, so be sure to join in the fun!
A smartphone is required to participate in the digital stamp rally.
